Mitchel ZemelAttorney, Mediator, Arbitrator
Mitchel Zemel received his law degree from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in 1994. His undergraduate degree was received in 1984 from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. In the years between, Mr. Zemel was a daily newspaper reporter and editor in Massachusetts and Virginia. Mr. Zemel worked at large and small firms prior to founding his own firm in 2008.
Mr. Zemel concentrates his law practice on the major issues facing businesses, from litigation to contracting to employment issues to succession. Mr. Zemel provides considered, efficient, and vigorous litigation counsel. Mr. Zemel also serves as a mediator and private arbitrator.
During his more than 20 years as an attorney, Mr. Zemel worked at large and small firms prior to founding his own law firm and mediation practice.
To further his education and utility to his clients, Mr. Zemel undertook an intensive week-long mediation training course at the University of Texas Law School in Austin. He has been involved in countless alternative dispute resolution sessions, both as the mediator and as a participating attorney.
Mr. Zemel currently serves on the Bradford Woods Zoning Hearing Board.
Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia, Mr. Zemel is also admitted to practice in numerous federal courts, including the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.
